• Typical production time is 5 - 7 business days; including delivery time is 7 - 12 business days.
• In approving your template, you are stating all of the information is correct, please make sure you double check spelling and variable information to ensure accuracy.

Promotional Items

• Typical production time is 7 - 10 business days; including delivery time is 10 - 14 business days.
• Minimum Quantity is listed with items, if another quantity is required please request with Benchmark Media Team

Apparel Items

• Typical production time is 7 - 10 business days; including delivery time is 10 - 12 business days.
• Apparel items are unable to be returned/exchanged unless an item is received damaged or with the wrong imprint
