Over the next two weeks, we will be highlighting each of our Customer Service Representatives with an Employee Spotlight! This will allow you to learn a little bit more about these awesome individuals who help make our Customer Service Department so great.

Today, we are featuring Aaron Thomas!

Name: Aaron Thomas

Job Title: Customer Service Manager

How long have you been with Regency360? Since March 2014

What is a normal workday like for you? A normal day comes with all sorts of unexpected challenges from the customers, the Regency sales organization and franchisees coupled with our normal daily order fulfillment process. I can just about only predict I will never be bored.

How has working at Regency360 been beneficial for your career? What have you learned? I have learned a whole new array of systems and tools from an operations and order fulfillment standpoint and I have been fortunate to make connections to many franchisees and learned some of their distinctive processes too. Teamwork is so important to success.

What has been your favorite part about working at Regency360? I most enjoy our corporate team and their experience and support of one another as well as traveling, meeting and working with new franchisees.

What is something unique or memorable about your experience with Regency360? Regency is itself a very unique and growing company that welcomes input, which is not something that I was accustomed to from previous work. The most memorable take away for me are the people that I work with here at corporate and all that we have accomplished and all the laughs we share.

Do you have an office nickname? I have about three: A-A-RON, Double A or Urn. Customers prefer Darren.

Do you have any advice for others who are in the Customer Service Industry? Customer Service can be a very challenging line of work and sometimes only mistakes get attention. People don’t realize how much success occurs day in and out, so don’t be discouraged and make sure you try to encourage a team that supports one another. As a team, you can achieve great things you would not be able to achieve alone.
