Our young chefs were working diligently towards earning their highly honored black chef jacket only to learn that they were not available in youth sizes.

As the Director of Franchise Operations of Young Chefs® Academy, Jamie Skinner was made aware of an ongoing problem that directly affected the effective implementation of the Young Chefs® Academy MasterChef™ member retention program. “Our young chefs were working diligently towards earning their highly honored black chef jacket only to learn that they were not available in youth sizes. I was on a mission to find someone that could help me find exactly what we needed when I met Pete Redondo and Stephanie Page from Regency360. Not only have they been able to meet our needs of finding a black youth chef jacket that met our price point and quality standards, they will also be able to provide all of our branded merchandise to all of our franchisees in a more effective and efficient manner. They have developed an innovative ‘company store’ platform that will simplify everything from warehousing and shipping to customer service and returns for our franchisees. Our new partnership with Regency360 will allow our franchisees to focus on what they do best which is teaching children the joy and value of cooking.”
